- Use of configuration options not currently employed (such as timesheets or doc mgt)
- Data quality
- System & process compliance from users
- Reporting and current level of benefit being achieved
- Preparation of Health Check Report, including recommendations for improvement
Typically the standard Project Server Health Check takes no longer than 3 days in duration.
